Lele LeVay Named Next Director of Advancement

Lele LeVay will join Grace in October as the next Director of Advancement. She comes to Grace with three decades of advancement experience in secondary and higher education and looks forward to stewarding the school's advancement efforts.
From Head of School Robbie Pennoyer:

When we began the search for our next Director of Advancement, we had a good idea of our needs but couldn’t be certain that we’d find a candidate who could meet them. The next director would need to possess a proven record of creating and implementing effective advancement strategies; a talent and enthusiasm for leading a dedicated team; and an abiding commitment to the values that define Grace’s missions. I’m thrilled to share that our next Director of Advancement, Lele LeVay, has all of these qualifications–and then some.

Lele has over three decades of advancement experience in secondary and higher education. After serving as the Director of the Annual Fund at Trinity School and Campaign Director at Robert College, Lele went on to lead teams at Georgetown Day School and St. Andrew’s Episcopal School. She currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Development at New York Law School. She especially enjoys interacting with parent volunteers, donors, and colleagues and is excited to meet and collaborate with you all.

Of her appointment, Lele says, “What struck me throughout the interview process at Grace is that faculty, staff, and parents consistently emphasized the value simultaneously placed on academic excellence and joyful learning. I’m very excited to embrace this wonderful opportunity to contribute to the team, both as a steward of Grace’s advancement efforts and an active member of this vibrant community.”
